We recently hired Blair Wozniak to complete a home inspection on a house in Kindersley that we were interested in purchasing.

Blair thourougly inspected this house from top to botton, inside and out. He provided us with a detailed report of his findings. Included in the report were pictures, some with arrows pointing to trouble spots.

We submitted this comprehensive report and pictures to the home owner when we placed our counter-offer. This acted as proof of our findings and reason for our price to be decreased. The counter-offer was accepted.
